Battles is a dynamic on ball perimeter defender that makes everyone around her better and is a great playmaker on both ends. Battles is an elite distributor/facilitator that possesses great court vision, awareness, and plays with great instincts. She plays and finishes well through contact and is extremely effective when attacking the rim/penetrating the defense. Battles is a crafty, confident guard that possesses an elite passing and ball handling skill set, shoots the ball extremely well from the perimeter, is a very good decision maker, possesses excellent body control, and does not allow the defender to speed her up.
