Louisiana’s Class Of ’21 Unsigned/Uncommitted Gems

As most teams prepare for the playoffs and we prepare to close the books on what most would call “The Strangest Year” in High School basketball,  there are quite a few super-talented Class Of ’21 players that are looking for a place to call home at the next level.

Covid-19 stripped the majority of the ’21 Class the opportunity to be scouted and placed on the recruiting radar during the 2020 Spring and Summer evaluating period and in some cases stripped  some players from the ’21 Class the chance to even have a full Senior Season.

These hardships have contributed to a solid crop of proven/talented players from the Class Of ’21 going under-recruited or not recruited at all during the recruitment period for their Senior season.

Many of the prospects in Louisiana that have fallen into this category are regarded as Top 100 players in Louisiana by most ranking services and yet, these players are still uncommitted which in my opinion, is mind boggling.
