Jayce Tolliver (’24) 6-2 Guard – Southside High School

Jayce Tolliver moved well without the ball, shot 3 point ball with great accuracy and played with good discipline and poise.  Tolliver was able to get to his spots on the floor and he did a good job spacing the floor with his knockdown outside shooting ability.

 

Javonte Thomas (’24) 6-7 Forward – Pineville High School

Javonte Thomas displayed an excellent face-up game and the ability to consistently knock down shots from mid-range.  Thomas did a wonderful job of running the floor, rebounding, and blocking/disrupting shots.

 

Lionel Larvadain (’24) 6-0 Guard – McMain High School

Lionel Larvadain possesses dynamic athleticism, a very strong level of toughness/energy, and the ability to score easily and efficiently from mid-range.  Larvadain is a great playmaker that consistently got to his spots on the court.  He was a Pitbull defensively and he shot the 3 ball at a high percentage.  Larvadain easily attacked the rim and he did a wonderful job of getting into the meat of the defense.

 

Broderick Brooks (’24) 6-4 Guard – Zachary High School

Broderick Brooks possesses excellent craftiness and a dynamic first step.  Brooks is an elite perimeter defender that possesses excellent 3 point shooting ability, solid ball handles, and has a great feel for the game.  Brooks perimeter shooting created space on the floor and his playmaking on defense caused havoc the entire day.

 

Jayce Depron (’24) 6-4 Guard – Madison Prep

Jayce Depron displayed his excellent shot making ability, finished well at the rim, and shot the ball well from the perimeter.  Depron is super athletic and he finished well above the rim, did a excellent job of defending positions 1-3, and displayed good decision making and ball  handles.

 

Jordan Mathews (’24) 6-6 G/F – Peabody Magnet High School

Jordan Mathews displayed excellent strength and post up ability.  Mathews distributed the ball extremely well from the post, possesses solid ball handles, finished well at the rim/in the post, and rebounded the ball in bunches.

 

Justin Burns (’24) 6-5 G/F – Peabody Magnet High School

Justin Burns rebounded the ball extremely well, played with great activity and hustle, and he impacted the games with his defensive versatility.  Burns displayed soft touch around the rim well and played hard and consistent the entire day.

 

Javon Johnson (’24) 6-1 Guard – Bossier High School

Javon Johnson displayed excellent athleticism and shot the ball very well from the 3-point line.  Johnson was fearless when attacking the rim and did a a excellent job of distributing and rebounding the ball.

 

Chris Birden (’24) 6-8 Forward – Newman High School

Chris Birden possesses great size and length, played with a high level of activity and awareness on both ends.  Birden displayed great versatility on the both ends showcasing his ability to defend in the post and on the perimeter and offensively scoring the ball in the paint and stepping out to shoot the 3 ball.

 

Daijon Leatherman (’25) 6-9 Forward – Carver High School

Daijon Leatherman controlled the paint with is activity, communication, soft hands, and polished footwork.  Leatherman ran the floor extremely well and disrupted every shot that came his direction.  Leatherman finished everything well around the rim and rebounded the ball very well.
