Labron Napolen (’25) 6-8 F/C – Shooting Stars 16U/East Ascension High School (LA)

Napolen was a dominant force in the low post all weekend.  A tenacious rebounder that showed great foot work and nice hands in the post.  Napolen did a great job of communicating on the defensive end and showcased his dominant shot blocking/rim protecting skill set.  He did a great job of running the floor and showing off his excellent strength down low.  Napolen did a good job of establishing position in the post with ease and possesses a great overall feel for the game.

Christopher Moore (’23) 6-1 Guard – Runway Jets 17U/Destrahan High School

Moore is a aggressive on ball defender that was able to control the tempo of the game and play at a controlled pace.  He did a great job of not forcing anything and creating contact to get to the free throw line.  Moore possesses a solid first step and the ability to change direction with ease.  He is a hard worker that did a good job of pushing the ball in transition.  Moore shot the ball very well from the perimeter and was very effective  when attacking the defense.

Landers is a versatile defender that can defend multiple positions.  He displayed nice physicality on both ends of the floor and possesses a high level of explosiveness and strength.  Landers has a great skill set with the ability to handle and pass the ball.  Landers has a solid first step and nice quickness on the block.  He is a gifted shooter from mid-range and a excellent rebounder.  Landers is a tough, hardworking player.

Nate White (’24) 6-4 F – La Miss Elite 16U/Brandon High School (MS)

Nate White displayed a soft touch in the post and that he was a reliable midrange scorer. White did a great job of passing the ball from the post and possesses great court vision, high basketball I.Q., which allowed him to make a number of smart plays.  White has good strength and a strong frame that allowed him to effectively bang in the post.  He did a excellent job of rebounding the ball and facilitating out of the post.

Michael Robinson (’24) 6-4 G/F – Magnolia Elite 16U/Pearl High School (MS)

Michael Robinson is a hustle player that did all of the little things correct.  Robinson displayed good court vision and played with tremendous instincts on both ends of the floor.  Rebounded the ball well and did a good job of finding his teammates.  Robinson shot the ball well from the outside and did a good job at attacking the rim, which allowed him to get to the free-throw line.  He displayed solid ball handles and a nice facilitating skill set.  Robinson was very active on both ends and showed good versatility on both ends.  Possesses nice level of toughness and displayed good hands and footwork on the block.

Gavin Richardson is a dynamic shooter from behind the 3 point line and is lock-down defender that can effectively defend on and off the ball.  Richardson did a great job of fighting through screens and playing off the ball.  He played with a high level of competitiveness and toughness and showed that he was capable of putting the ball on the floor to create offense for himself and others.  A very unselfish player that did a great job in pick and roll situations.

Dantzler is a tenacious perimeter defender that did a great job of relentlessly attacked the rim.  He shot the ball well from the outside and showcased his great wing span and athleticism.  Dantzler is a strong and physical guard that did a great job of finishing plays through contact.  Dantzler is a superior athlete with a dynamic first step and a nose for the ball.  He is excellent finisher in transition.

Cordarius Hathorn moves well without the ball and is a solid on ball defender.  He possesses versatility on both ends with the ability to score the ball from the perimeter and finish plays at the rim and defend positions 1-3.  Hathorn is a highly disciplined player that is very active that works hard and possesses a high motor and is a hard worker.  Hathorn is a good ball handler and facilitator that has a solid first step and plays the game with amazing instincts.

Shawn Knight displayed solid athleticism and playmaking.  Knight is a elite 3 point shooter and a high level perimeter defender that moves well without the ball.  He can score the ball very well off the dribble and is a excellent shot creator that also possesses a solid mid-range game.  Knight is a good ball handler that sees the floor well and possesses good quickness and a solid first step.  Knight is a versatile guard capable of playing both guard positions.

Payton Foster is long and athletic and possesses great versatility capable of playing multiple positions on the floor.  Foster is a dynamic shot blocker and rebounder that did a good job of running the floor and being a disruptor on the defensive end.  Foster displayed his ability to step out and shoot the ball from mid-range as well as pass the ball from the post.  Foster did a great job of identifying the double team.  He showed good footwork and hands in the post and did a great job of protecting the rim.

Tommaj Harris (’26) 6-0 Guard – Magnolia Heat 14U/Laurel Middle School

Tommaj Harris was very efficient shooting the ball from the perimeter and was aggressive on the both ends of the floor.  Harris did a good job of facilitating and putting pressure on the ball handler and was able to consistently initiate contact to get to the free throw line as well as finish plays through contact. Harris did not make many mistakes and he did a great job of controlling the tempo of the game.

Brayden Gates is a excellent perimeter defender that did a great job of moving without the ball and shooting the ball from long range.  Gates did a great job of fighting through screens and possesses a excellent feel for the game.  He did a great job of playing within the game and did a great job of creating scoring opportunities for himself and others.  Gates was very comfortable handing the ball and initiating the offense.  Gates shot the ball well off the dribble and displayed a excellent shot selection and a solid first step.
