Dayshawn Mcgee (’24) 6-3 Guard (MS)

Dayshawn Mcgee finished well a the rim and shot the ball very well from mid-range.  Mcgee did a great job of getting to his spots on the floor with ease and did a great job of moving without the ball.  He did a good job of defending both guard positions and displayed good speed and body control in the open court.  Mcgee is a versatile scorer in transition and half-court and is a excellent defender that can guard multiple positions.  He is a lock-down defender with good strength and length.

Christian Doyle is a good perimeter defender that is a aggressive, explosive guard with good length and speed.  Doyle is a exceptional ball handler that is good in the open floor and did a great job of handling the ball in transition.  Doyle is a excellent perimeter defender that did a great job of putting pressure on the defender and is very attentive on and off the ball.  He displayed solid athleticism and shot the ball very well from the outside.

Isiah Stevens is a good ball handler with great court vision and plays the game with great control.  Stevens does not gamble on either end and is a smart player that shot the ball well from behind the 3 point line. He did a great job of attacking the defense.  Stevens possesses great athleticism and strength, which allowed him to finish strong at the rim and through contact.  He did a good job of fighting through screens and possesses good instincts allowed him to react well on both ends.

Nate White is a steady and smooth player that displayed great low-post scoring ability.  White possesses good hands and footwork down low on the block and is capable of stepping out to shoot the ball from the outside.  White is a player that has great energy, good coordination, and runs the floor hard.  He displayed nice touch around the rim and finished well through contact.  White is not afraid of physicality.

Chesney Sadler possesses good court vison and passing skills.  Sadler plays  a great level of anticipation and did a good job of playing the passing lanes.  He has good strength and did a great job of playing the passing lanes.  Sadler is a shifty defender that did a great job harassing other guards on and off the ball.  Sadler did a great job of creating for himself, playing through contact and not making mistakes.

Seth Mays possesses good athleticism and excellent playmaking skills.  Mays is a versatile player that can play and defend multiple positions on both ends.  He is a good ball handler that knows how to get to the rim and finish.  Mays has a very good first step and good body control which allows him to create space.  Mays is a excellent pull-up jump shooter and did a job of scoring the ball isolation and pick and roll situations.  He has a great feel for the game.

Raquan Roussell is a tough and physical perimeter defender that did a great job of taking care of the ball.  Roussell did a good job of getting to the free-throw line and displayed good shooting and scoring ability from the perimeter.  Roussell is capable of playing both guard positions and does a good job of running off screens and getting into the gaps. Roussell is a excellent ball handler and distributor that possesses excellent basketball instincts, sees the floor well, and has excellent body control.

Zach Piatt is a player that is willing to do all the little things to help his team.  Piatt is a team first player that can play on or off the ball and is a dynamic 3-point shooter.  Piatt is a good ball handler that moves well without the ball.  He is good at running off of screens and does a good job of creating separation.  Piatt is a very efficient free-throw shooter that can finish through contact at the rim and has nice court vision.
